LesDiy.de 9031 Happy Halloween Calendar Blind Box Building Blocks Set Review

LesDiy.de just sent me their latest building block set just in time for Halloween this year! It's the Advent Calendar style Blind Box set with 1328 pieces of building fun! This set retails for only 35.99 USD or 48.99 EUR. The box cover says that there are 35 different models so let's take a look at what's inside.

Just like the Lego advent calendar sets, you can open the top flap of the box and reveal the different tabs which you can peel back to get to your Halloween treasure. The box itself shows you all of the different builds and they will keep the little ones entertained for days. You can either build one set each day or just build them all at once, it's totally up to you.

If you're curious to see what the Halloween sets look like inside, there are individual bags of parts numbered from 1 through 31. Each parts bag also includes an instruction sheet and sometimes a sticker sheet as well.

I don't want to ruin the surprise, so I'll just show you a few pictures but above is an example of what each calendar day set would look like.

Each of the instruction sheets have clearly marked instructions that pertain to the set on hand. Building each set is straightforward and the bricks used are easy to assemble.

Of all the sets, I only had missing pieces from set #23. It was missing one of two yellow parts but most critically it was missing the brown ring which is supposed to be used to attach all the branches.

So I could not put this particular set, which is kind of sad because the tree looked like a lot of fun to put together. Hopefully you won't encounter the same problem with your set.

There are different styles of sets to build and they might contain skulls, ghosts, bats, mice, spiders and other creepy things!

Once you have done building all of the 31 individual sets, there are 4 more bonus sets you can build! By turning over the instruction sheets, you will find extra instructions to build even bigger sets!
